Run one live decision through the whole system.
The Council returns its briefing in minutes. The 30 days is your governance calendar: time to gather your directors' positions, hold the meeting and record the resolution. We agree the scope and fee in writing before anything starts, and asking commits you to nothing.

How a pilot runs
- Phase 1 · Minutes
We agree one real, consequential decision. The Council examines it and returns the verdict, the dissent and the conditions that would change the answer, usually within minutes.
- Phase 2 · Docket and review
Invite the people who need to weigh in. In the Decision Room each records concurrence, reservations or formal dissent, and conditions are set.
- Phase 3 · The board meeting
Print the board pack for the meeting, prepared for each named recipient. Record the resolution, then adjourn the docket to lock the agenda.
- Phase 4 · Review
Around day 30, review the process together. If you sign an annual plan within 30 days after the pilot ends, 100% of the pilot fee is credited against it.
Questions
What does a pilot cost?
A pilot is scoped and paid, so both sides take it seriously. We confirm the scope, success criteria and fee in writing before anything starts. If you sign an annual plan within 30 days after the pilot ends, 100% of the pilot fee is credited against it. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Who needs to be involved?
A named sponsor, and the people whose positions you want recorded. Participants you invite into your organisation workspace can record their position in the Decision Room.
Is our decision kept private?
Pilot decisions stay in your private workspace. Content is processed by AI model providers through our gateway, as the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page describe, and we do not use it to train shared models. We never publish a case study without your written approval.
Do we have to sign anything?
Yes, a short pilot agreement that sets out the scope, the fee, confidentiality and data handling.
What happens at day 30?
We review together. If it earned its place, you have 30 days after the pilot ends to sign an annual plan and have the full pilot fee credited against it. If not, you can ask us to export or delete your records.
Can we try it before asking?
Yes. The Free plan runs the full seven-seat Council on a decision of your own, with no card.
