Pilot programme

Run one live decision through the whole system.

Thirty days. One real decision. The Council to challenge it, the Decision Room to examine it, and a board pack for the meeting. Pilots are paid so both sides take them seriously, and the fee is credited against an annual plan.

  1. Day 1

We agree one real, consequential decision and who needs to see it.

  2. Days 2 to 10

The Council challenges it. You receive the verdict, the dissent and the conditions that would change the answer.

  3. Days 10 to 25

Your participants record positions in the Decision Room. A board pack is produced for the meeting.

  4. Day 30

Review together. If it earned its place, the pilot fee is credited against an annual plan.
